Richard Ruby is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania majoring in Accounting and Economics. He received his Law Degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago where he last practiced with the firm of Locallo and Amari prior to moving to Michigan. He relocated in Harbor Country, New Buffalo, in 1989 and has practiced continuously there since. Richard is also tenured faculty Professor at Roosevelt University in Chicago where his teaching and research helps keep him abreast of current developments in the law. He is licensed in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Florida (presently inactive in Florida.) He is also a member of the Federal Bar in the active states.
